Roost Blog is the most gorgeous food & cooking blog I have seen to date. I was first drawn to the beautiful photographs that Caitlin {Coco} takes herself, and later realized that her recipes are even more amazing. They are a collection of Specific Carbohydrate Diet recipes geared towards a lifestyle that she and her husband have been pursuing. The blog is a place for Coco to “inspire and educate others about the joys of cooking and eating organic, whole foods.”
